For patients living in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, Royal Mail is used due to regional delivery coverage. Q: Why does delivery take this long?
A: Once you make payment for your order, the sales teams will assemble the product(s) within 24 hours. This product(s) will be then reviewed within 24 hours by the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). The MDT is a team of specialists who will confirm that the purchase correspond the item(s) package and then summit to the logistic team for shipment proposed is suitable for your condition(s). More often than not, both actions are taken in unison within 24 hours. Once the MDT approves the package, it will be sent to the logistic team. Once the logistic team receives your order, it will process it and dispatch it to you. We aim for you to receive your medication within 2-4 (UK-Europe) days of payment being made.

Q: Do I need to sign for it?/Do I need to be in for it?
A: All customers are sent a DPD tracking number as soon as their package is dispatched by the logistic. All tracked DPD parcels require a tracking number confirmation but you must not be there, so what do you do in the were you will not be there, please do write your tracking number on a piece of paper and place it where you will authorize your package to be drop off. If lost you can request your tracking number again from the logistic team.
